S3-B200 Uncapping Machine With Chain Feed Magazine & Elevated Delivery
A beehive uncapping machine removes the beeswax covering from honey frames, called the “cappings”. This allows the honey to be extracted.
This uncapping machine has been designed to suit the 3 bank horizontal extractor for larger commercial operations. A deboxer can be fitted if required.

- Stainless steel construction including chains and sprockets.
- Main body and magazine are laser cut 3mm stainless steel.
- Blades have machined serrations and fully welded jackets suitable for steam or hot water.
- Idler sprockets bushes and blade shaft bushes are acetal plastic.
- 200mm elevated comb exit making it suitable for horizontal extractors.
